There is a growing number of sites on the internet that deal with the issue of homosexuality and faith. Hopefully we'll keep adding and reviewing these sites. In the meantime here are a few very helpful ones. As usual, a link does not mean we endorse everything (or even much!) of what they say.
COURAGE - This has to be one of the best organisations in the field. Check it out if you havent been before - bookmark it and keep returning!!! :o)
Roy Clements - Roy is one of the foremost Bible scholars in the world and before his outing in 1999 was one of the leading Evangelical theologians with a popular speaking and writing ministry as well as a respected pastorate in Cambridge. Despite the lies spread about him after his outing, his faith remains and is one of the models of a Christian man who is gay.
GCN - The Gay Christian Network is a forum for gay Christians, their friends and family. Its also a great place to find out more about Christianity if you are curious. Its a "broad church" and is home to people on both sides of the debate as to whether it is biblically acceptable to be in a same sex relationship. Both views are respected. Probably the international hub for Gay Christianity. Articles, Bible study material, chat rooms and message boards. Lively and relevant - check it out.
Organisations in Scotland
Affirmation Scotland - The Church of Scotland is continuing to debate the issue of homosexuality and the General Assembly in May 2006 started to discuss the question of Church blessing homosexual partnerships. Affirmation Scotland was set up to work towards the inclusion of all Christians into the life and leadership of the Kirk no matter what their sexual orientation.
